- Nguồn điện( ổn áp yếu hoặc hỏng, phích cắm điện tiếp xúc không tốt…)
- Đứt hoặc chết cầu chì.
- Thermistor bị dính mực quá nhiều hoặc hỏng.

Kiểm tra nguồn điện cung cấp cho máy photocopy ( ổn áp, phích cắm ).
- Kiểm tra cầu chì ( dùng đồng hồ đo xem cầu chì có bị đứt hay không ). Nếu đứt hoặc chết phải thay cầu chì mới.
- Kiểm tra thermistor dưới rulo sấy, vệ sinh sạch mực. Nếu thermistor chết phải thay bộ khác.

- Các bạn tắt máy khởi động lại: Ấn đồng thời 2 phím 0 và 8 giữ im
- Đến khi máy khởi động xong vào test mode
- Các bạn bấm 2002 bấm Star trên màn hình hiện ra số 7 các bạn bấm 0 bấm ok rồi tắt máy mở lại là được.
