Ricoh C2503 báo lỗi SC860-00: Nguyên nhân & cách khắc phục.
- Nguyên nhân :
- Ổ cứng HDD bị lỗi hoặc hỏng
- Lỗi board controller
- Kết nối giữa board ổ cứng và board controller lỏng lẻo hoặc kết nối giữa ổ cứng và board ổ cứng không chắc chắn.
- Cách khắc phục:
- Kiểm tra ổ cứng nếu hỏng cần phải thay ngay.
- Nếu đã thay ổ cứng mà vẫn không được, bạn nên kiểm tra board controller, trường hợp sửa controller không được thì phải thay controller.
- Kiểm tra kết nối giữa ổ cứng, board ổ cứng và controller.

Cách format khi thay ổ cứng: Ricoh C2503 báo lỗi SC860-00
- Thông thường khi các bạn gắn ổ cứng mới vào cụm controller, sau khi gắn vào các bạn khởi động máy lên, màn hình máy photocopy sẽ hiển thị yêu cầu format HDD. Các bạn chỉ việc bấm vào format và chờ hoàn thành. Tắt máy và khởi động lại là sử dụng bình thường.
- Nếu trường hợp ổ cứng lỗi các bạn có thể vào sytem sp để format theo mã code như sau: Các bạn bấm clear vàng – 8-0-6-1-8-2 bấm C ( hoặc stop đỏ ) giữ im cho đến khi màn hình hiện ra bảng sytem Sp. Các bạn bấm trên bàn phím : 5832 bấm # sau đó bấm EXCUTE. Chờ đến khi màn hình hiện complete. Bạn tắt máy mở lại là sử dụng bình thường.
