Ricoh 5002 báo lỗi SC620 – 02 : Nguyên nhân & cách khắc phục
- Nguyên nhân:
- Sau khi gửi một tham số hệ thống tới Finisher MBX và tín hiệu ACK không được tiếp nhận trong khoảng 100ms và nó không được tiếp nhận sau 3 lần gửi.
Nguyên nhân dẫn đến tình trạng trên:
- Các dây kết nối lỏng lẻo tiếp xúc kém hoặc bị đứt ( cáp bẹ )
- Nhiễu dữ liệu truyền tải
- Main BICU bị lỗi hoặc hỏng.
Cách khắc phục: Ricoh 5002 báo lỗi SC620 – 02
- Xóa lỗi: Nhấn nút Clear Moder (màu vàng) > (nhấn phím số) 1- 0- 7 nhấn giữ phím Clear/Stop (màu đỏ) đến khi nào hiện SP mode hoặc sytem sp chọn Copy SP vào 5810 bấm # sau đó bấm excute. Tắt nguồn khoảng 5-10 giây rồi Bật nguồn lại. Nếu vẫn không hết lỗi làm bước tiếp theo.
- Kiểm tra các dây kết nối từ main BICU đến Finisher đảm bảo không bị đứt hoặc cấn.
- Kiểm tra các ống Ferrite bead (chống nhiễu)
- Kiểm tra Main BICU
