- Nguyên nhân:
- Bảng nguồn thiên áp từ bị lỗi
- Dây kết nối ID sensor bị đứt
- Kết nối các ID sensor bị lỗi
- Main BCU bị lỗi hoặc hỏng
- Lỗi ở mẫu để ID sensor viết
- Lỗi khi chuyển bảng nguồn
- VSP ≥ 2.5V
- VSg < 2.5V
- VSP = 0.0V
- VSg = 0.0V
- Máy Photocopy Ricoh của bạn báo lỗi SC 350, thì máy đang bị lỗi TD cảm biến trống, mực, từ thuộc lỗi thứ nhất của ID sensor.
- Khi ID sensor kiểm tra hai lần liên tiếp mà điện áp đầu ra rơi vào một số trong các trường hợp sau máy sẽ báo lỗi:

- Bạn kiểm tra ID sensor nằm trên trống có bị bám mực cần vệ sinh.– Kiểm tra IC rắc cắm cụm trống với vách máy, hình giống hạt mạng. ( cổng kết nối rắc RJ45 trên cụm Drum với sườn máy ).– Lỗi SC 350 liên quan đến ID sensor nên bạn phải chạy 3-001-2 để máy đưa nó về giá trị chuẩn.– Chạy xong, bạn vào 3-103-1 để kiểm tra lại giá trị này có nằm trong khoảng 4+/_ 0.2 không?
- Khởi động lại máy xem thế nào?.– Sau khi đã làm như vây không được thì bạn cần thay trống (Drum) đi nhé.Hy vọng , các bước này sẽ giúp bạn sửa lỗi mã SC350 trên máy Ricoh.– Nếu không được bạn có thể gọi tới công ty chúng tôi để được hỗ trợ.
