– Phương án 2 : Đổ mực kèm chíp : Phương án này cho chất lượng bản in tương đương vs hộp mực nguyên bản theo máy, giá thành rẻ và tái sinh mực được nhiều lần. Nhưng có 1 nhược điểm dễ bị dính tạp chất làm hư hại cụm trống hoặc cụm sấy của máy nếu ko vệ sinh kĩ hoặc sử dụng mực kém chất lượng- 2. Máy ngừng hoạt động, màn hình hiển thị “Order Image Drum unit” + đèn cảnh báo Attention nháy đỏ :
+ Khi bạn gặp lỗi này nghĩa là cụm trống của bạn đã hết tuổi thọ 30.000 trang và máy cảnh báo cần thay thế mới cụm trống
– Phương án 1 : Thay thế cụm trống mới : Đảm bảo chất lượng cao nhưng chi phí cao mà doanh nghiệp sẽ phải rất cân nhắc mới có thể thay thế mới
– Phương án 2 : Reset cụm trống bằng chíp : Phương pháp này đã thử nghiệm thành công tại Hùng Phan và mang lại hiệu quả cao, đưa cụm trống về 100% như cụm trống mới và có thể thao tác đc nhiều lần sau, giá thành rẻ tiết kiệm chi phí cho doanh nghiệm và cá nhân sử dụng. -
Sửa máy in màu OKI C833 - 3. Máy ngừng hoạt động, màn hình hiển thị “Call service 980 : Error” + đèn cảnh báo Attention nháy đỏ :
+ Khi gặp lỗi này nguyên nhân chính là do cụm sấy lỗi, có thể là do điện áp gây đoản mạch hoặc do cách lấy giấy kẹt cụm sấy khi chưa ngắt nguồn điện gây ra.
– Phương án giải quyết : Reset lại cụm sấy bằng chíp reset : phương pháp này cũng đã được thử nghiệm thành công , khôi phục lại cụm sấy về trạng thái ban đầu và máy hoạt động bình thường, giá thành rẻ , không mất chi phí thay thế cụm sấy4. Máy ngừng hoạt động, màn hình báo “Paper Jam in …..” + đèn cảnh báo Attention nháy đỏ :
+ Khi gặp lỗi này là do máy đang bị kẹt giấy, dựa vào vị trí hiển thị : “Paper Jam in tray 1” – kẹt giấy tại vị trí kéo giấy khay 1, “Jam in drum unit” – kẹt giấy tại vị trí cụm trống, “Jam in Fuser hoặc Jam in out door” – kẹt giấy tại vị trí cụm sấy hoặc cửa giấy ra.
– Phương án giải quyết : Dựa vào vị trí báo kẹt giấy trên màn hình hiển thị sau đó bạn tắt máy, tìm đến vị trí giấy kẹt- do thiết kế của máy in OKI C833N rất thông minh có thể dễ dàng tháo rời các bộ phận của máy nên bạn có thể dễ dàng tháo cụm trống hoặc cụm sấy để lấy giấy kẹt mà không mất quá nhiều thao tác phức tạp. Khi lấy đc giấy kẹt bạn chỉ cần lắp lại linh kiện về vị trí cũ, khóa lại chế độ Lock nếu có và bật máy lên sau đó bạn có thể tiếp tục in ấn bình thường -
